RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Home Deliveries & Pick-Ups are scheduled for Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays.

Orders placed till 3pm will be delivered / ready for pickup on the same day. Specific time slots for home delivery can be chosen during checkout.

Free delivery is available based on order amount & delivery PIN Code. Shipping charges will be applicable if the order amount is below the free delivery threshold. Relevant information will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping details & delivery confirmation OTP will be sent on the mobile number registered with COFM. OTP based verification is mandatory at the time of home delivery.

​Due to nature of fresh perishables & dry groceries with no chemical treatments/preservatives there are specific timelines within which you must inform us about any quality related issues. These timelines are:

Fresh fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, dairy products, sweets - within 24 hours of delivery.

Dry Groceries, Dals/Lentils, Flours, Cereal Grains, Sweeteners, Oils, Spices, baked items - within 7 days of delivery.

Pictures of the product (fruit, vegetable, grocery item etc.) are mandatory for Returns/Refunds.

Kindly do not throw away the product if you would prefer a refund for the same (i.e. please keep the product till a reverse pickup/ replacement/ refund is arranged).

Return and/or Exchange will be arranged within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
